Renewal by Andersen of Central NC review: Installation not done correctly

This is the abbreviated version. We signed a contract with Renewal by Andersen in February 2021. Installation was not done until September 2021. The patio door that was installed did not latch or lock easily. Installer said it was new and would get better with use. The front storm door stopped latching 2 days after the installation. Trim was left off the storm door, pieces were left off the patio door and the doors were not hung correctly. This was the assessment of RbA technicians on 4 different visits over 9 months. According to Customer Service in Greensboro, NC, the storm door will be replaced and the patio door will be repaired/rehung on June 8, 2022. This has been the most frustrating, infuriating experience ever in dealing with a business.
