I got a student loan during COVID because I wanted to further my university degree. I was hoping to get a few courses under my belt. From the get go, they enrolled me into the wrong course and campus. Took my funding then back charged me for books. (Which I am still in the hook fo and did not receive) I withdrew from that course, and applied to another course. My instructor quit because he didn't want to be dealing with the disorganized mess. And I don't blame him. I couldn't even deal with the B.S. they put him through. Grades don't get graded in proper time, the software they use is insufficient, keep crashing, text ebooks are outdated, and Reeves are not licensed to give a recognizable program certified diploma. Teachers often teach three different classes at the same time.

When I try to get a hold of the financial administration they are "conveniently unavailable"

Receptionist quit, and or they are on vacation. Most work from home, or in a different city all together. It would have been nice to know this to begin with.

I will be joining the class action lawsuit that is moving forward with Reeves. I don't want ebooks. I want paper books.

And maybe a teacher who gets on point, and encourages learning rather than making you silent or find teachers that are dedicated to education and non judgemental. It would be nice if Reeves would practice what they preach.

Don't go with Reeves, CDI or any one of their affiliates.

Desired outcome: My tuition, books, my time back and a refund.
