Further to my physical visit to complain to the sorting office of diverting my mails to my ex husband and your purported apology. Not only have you wilfully persisted in sending my letters which are confidential to him without lawful authorisation from me as he is the one who did redirection not me.
You are in breach of your said promise. I am formally lodging a complaint now. Should this continue you leave me no option than to take a legal action.
