Ray Matthews State Farm in Wesley Chapel Florida review: Paycheck and w-2 form needed - see below

Good afternoon,

I am sorry to have to file this complaint, but I am a former employee of Ray Matthews State Farm in Wesley Chapel Florida.

He is withholding my last pay check as well as my w-2 that I need to be able to do and finish my taxes that are late.

He says that he won't give them to me because I have a key to his office...

I have no idea where the key is to the office because I lost my Dad, have been back and forth to Indiana with family emergencies as well as moved homes since I have worked there.

I have requested the paycheck several times and now the w-2 as well and he refuses to send.

With not knowing where the key is, I am unable to provide a key.

He may have to re-key his office if he feels the need, but I haven't worked there since January of this year after he made me come into work when I had covid and still work from the office... Demanding documentation which was provided by the Dr.

Please contact me at [protected] and let me know when this is taken care of. It is very very bad business and he is making State Farm look terrible.

He should also know that it is/was illegal to make someone come in and work with Covid. I am going to let that go, just need my check and documentation for taxes.

I am entitled to my check and W-2 by law.
