Someone who didn't know any better hired this company to take videos of our 50th High School Reunion in the San Francisco Bay Area. Somebody came down from Portland, Oregon and took lots of video, and they were very efficient about sending everyone solicitations to purchase a copy, and very quick to cash our checks, but after that they have been elusive. After more than two months, phone calls have gone unreturned and e-mails unanswered. My 1963 class of affluent, retire overachievers is not likely to take this sitting down. Meanwhile, I would not recommend Raines Video Productions to anyone.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
It has been 16 weeks since our reunion and no one in my class has received a reunion video. Contacting the company does no good. Check out what the Portland Better Business Bureau has to say about this company. I strongly suggest that you do not use them. His solicitation says that the DVD will be delivered in under 6 weeks but clearly that is not true.
