This company has been unable to get anything corrected or set up properly from my account. Was never on Medicare but they put me on Medicare. Never received an apology for their mistakes.

I paid this bill in full on 8.8.2022. No matter the problems they were having. I gave my credit card number to an associate to check on the payment. The associate did nothing. I started an email chain where no customer service agent knows what they are doing.

[protected] is a supposed supervisor number I called her over 13 times. No, I am sorry for messing up. Basically no response for anything. Will not give me a secure email to send information. No one knows what a secure email is.

Very bad customer service and they have not come to terms to loosing credit card information, banking information, and bill paid information. No apologies received about placing me on Medicare when I never had Medicare.

The only information that we are requesting is a copy of a receipt or a bank statement that shows proof that the payment was made. The bank statement only has to show the date the payment was processed, who the payment was made too, and the payment amount. Please black out all other information on the bank statement.

This bill was paid in full on 8.8.2022. You lost my payment, and it was taken out of my checking account. What billing associate pocketed my money.

This needs ASAP attention and if this is not solved, I will be contacting my insurance company, BBB, and other government agency that a fraud investigation will need to be opened. Received a call stating bill was paid in full and that they will send me a paid in full receipt about a week ago.

I have not received paid in full receipt. I do not know what is wrong with this company
