I purchased the No! No! Hair Removal system for my girlfriend. When she decided she didn't like it, I called [protected] to get a return authorization number and was told I needed to keep the system for 60 days and call back again for the return number in order to get the full refund. When I called back, I was told I was past the full refund period and now I'm basically stuck with the system. The combination of the "30 day trial" combined with the "60 day return policy" along with customer service tactics basically means that once you order the system, you can't get a refund. When I called within the first 60 days, being told that I would not get shipping charges refunded caused me to decide to wait in order to get shipping and the cost of the system completely refunded. The whole system is simply "trickery" and there's no way to get your money back. If the company (Radiancy, Inc) stood behind their product, they would have been glad to refund my money if I requested it but (in my opinion) since the product doesn't work, they make it impossible to get refunds. They let the infomercial "sell it" and then it's buyer-beware. I wish I read some reviews and complaints before falling victim to the infomercial. I now have submitted letters to Radiancy Inc, New York Better Business Bureau, KPI Direct (sales/customer service) and Federal Trade Commission.

I purchased the no-no and it was a big mistake. After 3 trials the hair was still there and it burned my skin. Buyer BEWARE!

I strongly agree, in fact the same thing happened to me and was very angry over the fact that they are still taking payments from me and I don't want the product. An the end result is sorry there is nothing that we can do but we are still going to take two more payments. To be honest I live a normal life with kids and things come up and now I can't afford this product and now I'm stuck in finacial struggle because there is nothing they can do. Well somebody needs to fight I don't have the means so if somebody succeeds then let me know the results
