qualitytyme.net review: Rude seller 1

I sent my expensive watches for repair to qualitytyme.net. Before I sent it, I called the seller, who was very pleasant and useful. And he told me that the repair would take 4 days. After 7 days, I haven’t received my watches back. I contacted the seller again, and he was rude and yelled at me and hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. I was so upset. I hope that someone can advise me what to do in such situation.

This "complaint", and I suspect the entire website (complaintsboard.com) is a scam. I am the owner of QualityTyme.net. We did not service a watch for a "Deborah", nor do we EVER quote 4 days to service a watch, and the conversation she claims I hung up on her NEVER OCCURED.

Furthermore, the very day this "complaint" was posted I received an email from a "service" informing me that "Your company has a Complaint in the first pages of Google search results and it might affect your online reputation." BUT they offered to remove this for only $149 PER MONTH! Hmm...

I did search Google and this post doesn't even appear! So, how did this "service" hear about the post? Hmmm... I looked over this website and guess what... There is no way to contact this "Complains Board" website to report the scam! No phone number. No email address. Nothing. Hmmm... Sounds Very Fishy To Me.

They have a website where people can post bogus reviews of a company and then a mysterious service contacts you to remove the review and "restore your reputation" FOR A PRICE!

I would think twice before believing ANYTHING you read on this website.
