I applied for Qlink Wireless, After completing the application QLink told me there was a cell phone being sent in the mail. I decided to check on the application. When I called the Customer Service number, The recording asked me to set a four digit pin that only allows me to hear a recorded message. The message says "Your account has been permanently cancelled, And you will not be allowed to reapply with QLink Wireless". "However you may still be elligible to apply with another LifeLine provider of your choice". Of course then it also said "To hear this information again press the star key".
There is absolutely nothing I have done that would constitute any logical reason to disallow me to have an account with QLink Wireless.
Then I called the Lifeline National Verifier, The phone number displayed with an https and .Gov website. And the skype account has the number named Assurance Wireless. The music was a slow swinging banjo and there was the minutes counter that kept saying 9 minutes near twice a minute. And Then it said 10 minutes and a CSR was on the phone. I explained to the CSR (Customer Service Representative) what happend and I explained I don't know what happened, And he says "I'm sorry to hear that I said cannot speak on QLink Wireless myself", Also He Said, "I know us here at the Lifeline Verifier, We would only oversee the Lifeline Verifier discount, And the affordable connectivity program discount". I said Okay, If I could somehow be qual; Prequalified through the Lifeline Verification, National Verifier, Then I could apply with another company and not go through that trouble". He said "thatro, Well Lifeline is a discount that can help lower the monthly cost." And then there was a prorated fee adjustment for regular service providers and not the free cell phone with unlimited data minutes and texts as was advertised. And also he said there is The "The Affordable Connectivity Program". Etc. Well I looked at what was there, And I said "well I just need a cell phone with the unlimited free minutes data and texts". He said "I wouldn't really know about free phones, I can only speak on the discount we offer".
So, I'm entitled to receive nondiscriminative cellular phone service. I receive Social Security, And instead of having Verified my elligibility, I had to hang up the phone when the CSR wouldn't stop false referencing the purpose of my phone call. I was not able to interpret having an ability to apply for and receive a cell phone, Not because I'm not capable of applying yet because the services were not provided. Also it has lasted for years that there is no option for me to not receive endless foreign accent English speaking customer service representatives whenever there's a reason Id need to call.
If you ask me it is a psycho dramatic assault of false freedom that causes involuntary endurance about elaborating in complaint, Also it is likely to cause argot natured emotional rejection and or emphasized disapproval/discouraging displays. And it doesn't help that I write any complaint because of incompetence in the authoritative governing.
