Paul is a man of manipulation and part of the Eclipse group which buy/open most of the new Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, GoGo Bars in Bangkok with their Boiler Room profits. But be careful, they are a clever group of individuals, that work side by side the corrupt Thai Army and Police who also take share of their profits.
