PutraPack Movers SDN NHD review: Insurance papers are not provided

I hired a relocator to move my household goods from Malaysia to India. I got my consignment after 45 days approx. In this compnay nobody is responsible for the work that they took and every time you call them, they would say i am not the right person and i will call you back and in 45 days i haven't got a single call back from them. I called Sunder (MD) so many time, almost 95%, he didn't picked the phone and whenever he picked he never gave a right answer. Somehow after so much of struggle when i got the stuff in India, few of the items are broken and in not working condition. When i hired them, i paid full money with Insurance but they are not providing me insurance paper. I called them so many times, i sent so many mails but nobody is replying.
