Pure Talkj review: Sold two phones that they stopped supporting after less than 3 months!

12/282/2021 A Pure Talk salesman sold me two plans and highly recommended two NOKIA 3.4 Phones.

03/10/2022 LESS THAN 3 MONTHS from purchase, service stopped working.

I called and spent over 1 hour with a call REP. Finally, he told me PURE TALK NO LONGER SUPPORTED NOKIA 3.4 on the PURE TALK NETWORK. I was told that I would be refunded my $301 that I paid for the phones. A ticket# as assigned and I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. I supplied a working phone# as my Pure Talk phones did not work!

03/13/2022 After not receiving a call back as promised, I again called Pure Talk and wasted time with an operator and a supervisor who basically told me Tough S.. T! The NOKIA 3.4 phones were still on the WEB Site for Sale.

I want 2 Things.

1. Others that this happened to post the issue as I contacted a class action law firm and they were interested.

2. This Reginald P. Mcfarland who brags about being a VETERAN - Stop bragging all your company does it F, veterans like me!
