Protocol Landscape and Cement review: Nonperformance of work paid for

AKA Christian Alajandro Aldama.

Paid for work to be done and the individual never completed the job. He led us to believe he was having issues with his truck, material delays and weather issues only to find out he was waiting for our check to clear and then he stopped retuning our calls and stopped all communication.

After we realized that we were no longer going to be able to continue to work with this individual we delivered a 5 day demand letter to his home. He didn't respond. We filed court papers; however, the sheriffs were unable to serve him after three failed separate attempts. Consequently, our attempts to get a judgement were of no value.

I did some research on my own and found out the Mr. Aldama has a long history of doing this with many customers.

All the comments on Yelp review are very similar to ours. We are seniors and we are on a fixed income so the idea of paying $900.00 to this individual and not getting anything in return is devastating. He left us with a mess that we had to pay someone else to fix.
