Almost two weeks ago I gave them $750 via American Express for some Live Transfer Leads. To date I have received NO leads, and they are refusing to refund my money. Don't do business with this company. I had previously bought some shared internet leads, and 100% of them were either bad phone number or "We're not interested in buying insurance at this time." So I fell for their "you need to buy the more expensive leads if you want better quality." I don't think "No Leads" is better than "Bad Leads, " unless you count the time I am NOT wasting calling them...:-)

Dennis,

After your initial buy-in with the exclusive leads, you spoke with one of our account managers and were looking for a higher quality lead type. As far as the exclusive leads, we are providing these leads after these prospects have input their information on one of our websites seeking an agent to discuss insurance options. We are only providing a lead and we do understand that some of these individuals may be providing faulty information. This is the reason that we do offer a return policy on those exclusive leads. You then inquired about making a deposit of $750 for live transfer leads. Our live transfer program has been very successful for a multitude of our agents and, because of this, is currently the highest demanded of our lead types. This has been the main reason for your volume issue with live transfer leads. These leads are very competitively priced during peak hours, Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, however we do have live transfers available at different bid prices or during off peak hours, nights and weekends, at lower prices. We did offer to increase the bid price for you; however, you were not willing to move to that amount. We understand if you had unwillingness to bid the higher amounts so we offered, and are currently processing, a refund of your $750 deposit. Prospectzone has been in business since 2004, with over 6, 500 agents served, and we take our duty, in providing quality and timely leads to our customers, very seriously. We apologize again for any issues you came across during your time with us.

Regards,
