The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Norton has charged my credit card for an annual fee for the past two years. The problem is, I purchased this product once, 8 years ago. Last year, out of the blue, they started charging me an annual fee even though I haven't used the product in years because my computer tech said it is absolute crap. I think they are just digging up any old credit card #...
