I have a prepaid phone and forgot to add minutes on my phone due to a medical emergency and lost a balance of over $200 on my prepaid phone. Called customer service and they only could give me a $50 credit. How ridiculous that a customer with over 20 years service with AT&T could not replace the entire balance to my prepaid account. I can not afford to lose...
