I had a guaranteed delivery of Friday 2/19/21 and still do not have my package. The tracking information has not been updated for 5 days and the package is now 4 days late. Apparently it is sitting in Chicago. I went to their website and it complains of weather, covid, high volumes, and even a more strict border security??? This is completely unacceptable.
