The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I received multiple charges on my Phone bill for something called ILD Teleservices Long Distance Calls (toll charge inquiries call 800-433-4518). They charged me 14.95 and back dated charges over many months. I have received no satisfaction of deletion of the charges from Frontier, even though i have a contract with them for unlimited calling and voicemail...
