The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I went to this group for a colonoscopy. It was all supposed to be covered under insurance. NOT. They are charging over $5000 for this procedure. It should cost no more than $1000-$3000, yet they are billing the insurance company for over $5000. Then, when the insurance will pay their share, they then bill the consumer for the balance.
