LAWYERS IN PANAMA KNOW ABOUT THIS MAFIA RUN FAMILY AND ACCORDING TO OTHER VICTIMS THEY ARE FRIENDS WITH THE PRESIDENT RICARDO MARTINELLI OF PANAMA. AND WE THOUGHT THAT THE PRESIDENT WANTED TO ERADICATE CORRUPTION. THIS COMPANY ABUSES ITS POWER AND IS MAKING HOME BUYERS WHO WISH TO LIVE IN PANAMA OR INVEST IN PANAMA A NIGHTMARE. ELIAS MIZRACHI PROMOTES HIS COMPANY BY GOING ON TOURS WITH INTERNATIONAL LIVING FOR TOURISTS ON REAL ESTATE TOURS.MAINLY AIMED AT THOSE IN FLORIDA, AND SNOW BIRDS FROM CANADA. ALL WILL FALL VICTIMS IF THEY BUY FROM PROCASA. TODAY ONE POOR MAN LOST HIS APARTMENT BECAUSE PROCASA FAILED TO NOTIFY HIM OF THE CANCELLALTION OF HIS CONTRACT AS THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS. ELIAS WITH HIS FATHER ISAAC MAKE UP THEIR OWN CLAUSES IN THE CONTRACTS.
THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE GOD AND ABOVE THE LAW, AND IF THIS LOVELY COUNTRY IS TO PROSPER IT MUST ERADICATE THE LIKE OF THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. THE PERSON WHO HAD TO Pay an extra $30, 000 IS A JOKE, THIS IS THE SALARY OF 3YRS TO THE AVERAGE PANAMANIA. THE FBI SHOULD GET INVOLVED WITH THIS MAFIA AS SO MANY US VICTIMS AND EUROPEAN HAVE BEEN EFFECTED
I am Panamanian, I bought an apartment in el cangrejo, PH Kubic. Back in 2011 I received the apartment with a lot of situations to be solved.
According to Procasa they were going to solve them right away. It is March 2012 so far they haven't solve anything.
Kind of situations I am having: Doors with termites. Most of the tiles are lacking cement. Got filtrations in several walls.
All the crew that was working in the apartment were fired. All the guys in charge of supporting the complaints from the project were also fired or left the company.
There was an arquitect first in charge called: Maria Giron, then there another one called Lastenia. Both are not anymore in the company. Now there is guy called Carlos Trejos.
They always say they are going “soon” to fix everything but nothing happens.
Procasa is owned by Mizrachi’s family. They have connection all around the country so fighting against them by “law” is impossible.
There is also a famous case related to the project Green Park which owners had to hang a banner from all the balcony’s which says: “Here we live unhappy”.
I’m going to take the same action, going to ACODECO won’t solve the situation since as I mentioned they have connections.

Hi and thanks for the input. I'm myself trying to avoid any possible nightmare with these people but I'm guessing it's just a matter of time before it happens since the project (Pine Hills) I'm buying on an appartment is already having some big troubles getting finished, not on time cause that just won't happen, but getting finished, PERIOD.
I want to know though, is there any way to contact other buyers/investors involved in this project? Is there a website specifically for others in the same situation as mine regarding that same project?
We must get ALL in contact in order to get what we want.
