This company called me with an unidentified number on my phone. We actually have a block on our phone to prevent any unsolicited companies from calling...however, their call was able to get through since it showed up as an "unknown caller" on our phone line. The person from Premeir debt solutions did not immediately identify what company was calling...only that they could significantly lower any interest rates on any of my Visa or Master Card Credit Cards. The person eventually identified himself as Chad Turner @[protected] ...never really telling what company he was representing though. Only that the company was a credit card services company representing customers to enable them to significantly lower their current credit card interest rates...he explained to me that it "was similar to refinancing your home mortgage" they would basically renogiate a new lower interest rate for you and essentially roll in their cost but they would not charge you anything out of your own pocket since in reality they would be saving you as much if not more than $2500 . Never was I told until AFTER I gave out my credit card and personal information that I would basically be charged a fee of $695 simply so they could call my credit card company with me on the line to try to negotiate a lower interest rate. My credit card company however would not negotiate a lower interest. As soon as I realized that they were only doing what I could have done for myself at no cost and as soon as I refused further assistance from them they began harassing me and insisting that what they were doing was for my own good and basically became very pushy and insulting ...they tried to convince me to allow them to transfer my current balence on that credit card to another bank card ?which they would then tack on their fee and supposively give me a lower interest rate. I refused and said I would not make that kind of decision over the phone. They transferred me to another "financial assistant" and she again tried to convince me to transfer my balance and was very pushy and basically rude...told me that I had wasted their time and they were only trying to get me out of this debt that I had gotten myself into ...even started to ask me financially personal questions which I refused to answer. I told her that I had not called them and did not want their help. She ended the call with saying "you are in deep financial trouble" ...? I hope we can help you...in the future. Had I known who was calling and what their intentions were from the beginning I would never have agreed to anything... their practices are unacceptable and they completely misrepresented themselves and were insulting and harrasing!

First they called themselves Card Member Services, they said that they were over my visa, master cards, basically working for me. Then they said Premier debt solutions. First they were saying they could get my interest down to 7%, by the end of the calls, they were saying 0%. I hung up more than once, they immediately call you back & push, they say what you want to hear & they push & bully. They keep you on the phone forever, I was stupid enough to get almost to the point of talking with them to my creditor. They said they could save me over $5000, I was getting no answers & they put me on with another guy & he explained that they would be billing me over $1000, gradually on my cards, like a service charge after they got my rates lowered. I was still uncomfortable because they double talk and are so pushy, they try to convince you that you need their help. So I told them I had an appointment & call me back tomorrow, then I researched, found these comments & a few others. The posts are scary, no solutions, just more trouble. They knew so much of my info it seemed, at least they try to convince you they do. So last night I notified my credit cards, changed accounts, gave my credit card companies the name & phone numbers & they will report to the Better Business Bureau. This morning Premier Debt Solutions called me back, I said I was not doing it, she got demanding & huffy, I blew up and told her I had the right to do anything I wanted to. I received the call from Premier Debt Solution and continued to ask if they were a debt solution or consolidation company they told me NO! While on the phone with the recording financial adviser my stomach went into knots. I Google the company and my mouth fell open. I called the bank to correct what for me would have been a bad mix. When their call came in it was from UNBOUND. They asked me to give them 1 percent of my trust and by the end of the call they know I would give them the other 99 percent. I did not get to that point I'll just keep donating my money to the bank and play it safe me. I sounded good, however I chicken out because of my own personal reasons. I had to close my c/c account. And now I am feeling like the are not calling me because I deserved a break in life, but because they must still see me as a credit risk. I will keep paying extra when I can and slowly my balance will dissipate. All the best for 2015 and may you gain financial stability soon.

This company -- Premier Debt Solutions -- is a fast talking, high pressure SCAM! Stay away from them.
They called us repeatedly and told us that our original conversation with them was recorded, so we were obligated to continue the process, even tho we had not signed anything and because we did not cancel within the 7 day grace period. This was not true. We called our credit card company, closed the 2 card accounts and were given new cards so that nobody ( Premier ) could enter any charges on them. We also called the "new card company" that Premier was trying to open for us and made sure that that account was also closed. This closed the door on these nasty people.
The fraud department of our existing credit card company told us that Premier must have a signature, our signature, before they can proceed. Now they can't go any further. By calling our existing card company soon enough, we were able to solve this problem.

The same thing just happen to me today, and to make matters even worse the rude so called supervisor who called my house again said it was no wonder I was rude she can tell I'm from New York. Some people need to get a real job and stop harassing those of us that do. I'm just glad it was me who answered the phone and not my 79 year old mother . Who knows what she would have given them as they were very convincing on the phone.

Hard to beleive it has been 20 days. but I really need to get my money back last time I talked to someone they said if I was not satisfied I would be refunded.so nothing has been done.

I am real dissappointed with this ordeal.it has put me in a spot that i can not pay my bills and I beleive that the right thing to do would be to return peoples money instead of going to better business beau. it has put a stress on me health wise. as I am aggravated that I was talked into this I should have known better. please just return my moneyI pray this will solve the problem. thank you.

I have been taken also and would like to have my money back I should have known better.but I do agree there some good salespeople, I would like to get this settled as I was promised. as I am an older person live on a fixed income can't pay my bills premiere debt solution seemed to a great help.I have been ashamed to tell my family of this deal but I am in a corner and I will have to make it known. may GOD bless each and everyone.
