Where do I even start with this chaos? I regretfully, foolishly, signed up for a so called 'college' course around August 2, 2013 for just about $7958.00. I was shown through 'modules' (www.ibsstart.com) and some guy by the name of Jason McElroy who claimed that he was an education specialist called me at [protected]). He stated to me that the only way I would be making 5, 000.00 a month or MORE within 60 days would be to sign up for the other product and services that they provide to their clients. Then when I said that I really was not will to pay the additional fee of $4950.00 he stated that is was only due to MY lack of application and participation in what the Power Seller College course offered. The day after signing up I called Jason trying to requesting that the agreement be terminated, that’s when he transferred me to someone named Rob Morris [protected]), the so called 'orientation' director. After an hour and a half phone call with Mr. Morris, he offered to credit me $1500.00, resulting in a final charge of $6, 458.00, as well as sending me a check in the amount of $600 to help offset the credit card payment amounts for 2 months until I was making $5, 000.00 a month and able to take care of the payments with 'no problem'. I stated repeatedly that this made no sense to me, why would he offer to help me with that to which he replied 'what kind of educational program would I be running if I didn't sympathize and care enough about my students to help them out of a bind', though he wouldn't cancel the agreement in full because he couldn't let me cheat myself out of the life changing opportunity his course would offer me. Days after the starting 'the course' the calls began pouring in. So when I got in contact with Bobby and his law firm and he explained to me that I could get my money back with him. I was hesitant at first because I just thought they were trying to get more money out of me. But Bobby explained to me that there were no upfront fees and that if my case was lost then I did not have to pay him and his firm any money. So I jumped to this offer and then next thing I know I had my money back. I tell everyone I come into contact with to call him at [protected]
