PMR Properties review: Properties not up to code and management issues

PMR does not fix anything that is unsafe and should be fixed I even had Gas company's and electrical company's come out and say they cannot work on something that's wrong with my apartment because it was not up to code and unsafe for them to work on. They also allow certain people to get away with things that other tenants are not able to do. They tell tenants personal business to other tenants which is information that should not be shared, and they say you cannot have pets at apartments, but I have papers for my dog saying he is a emotional support dog and I have to leave but there are three other tenants that can keep their dogs. They say they will give 24-hour notice but never do and just show up without letting me know or calling me. Today on 9/6/22 Maria one of the managers there just showed up at my apartment and yelled at me from the bottom of the steps when i asked to speak to her she just walked to her car and would not talk to me and got in her car and sped off. This company is all about money and really needs to be looked into as soon as possible.
