we bought a flatbed trailer from PJ's and it was defective, so they replaced it. When my husband went to pick up the new one, he called right away with the weld spots wearing before we even got to use it. they said that engineering would look at it and myself and their warranty man Chad came up with a few ideas. Engineering said they had a solution and would send the info to the dealer we would use to do the work. By this time Glenn had his knee replaced and they said call and schedule when he could drive it to the dealer. We then were making arrangements to get this done and engineering said that they would no longer help. the rubbing is such that the welds will come apart in time. there are many solutions for this, and it should have been taken care of by PJ's under their warranty department. As nice as the warranty people are, Engineering is saying they are not helping. I didn't pay over 20 thousand dollars to have my welds break apart and be stuck in a situation that is dangerous while on the road or traveling on a highway.

Desired outcome: for them to take responsibility and fix the issue at hand that was brought to their attention before we even drove the trailer. it is the second trailer from them.
