I owned a Google Pixel until I bought the Google Pixel 3XL. They were both great phones. A couple of months ago I dropped my phone at the Dr's office and it hit just right on a ceramic floor, to cause the screen to crack in several places. I went to a pro shop but the screen was going to be about $300.00 so I went to Verizon to replace the phone. The salesman did his job, I guess, but he has managed to make a 16 year customer of Verizon start looking for a new carrier. He convinced me to try the Pixel 6. It is the WORST phone I have ever owned! I called him 3 times, telling him I wanted to go back to the Pixel 3 and he kept telling me to try this, try that, do the other thing, until I was ready to scream! I finally went into the store and he told me I was one day past my return date! Told me I was wrong, EVERYONE loves the updates, it is a great phone, etc. He basically implied I was just too old and stupid to use the darn thing! BTW, according to the reviews, NOT everyone loves this phone! I finally figured out how to get the home button back on the screen, but the front fingerprint reader only works about 10% of the time. I am 69 years old, have arthritis in my hands, swiping the stupid screen is painful. It will NOT stay connected to my car. I have to constantly sit in the Florida heat and wait for it to reconnect. It freezes up on a VERY regular basis and the only option I have found is to restart it. I called your customer support line, that was a total disaster! It took 4 tries and about 2.5 hours to get connected to an agent. Once I was connected, the agent became very defensive when I said I was unhappy with the product. I requested a supervisor, was told you don't have them! I have been a Customer Service Supervisor for 3 different companies over a 22 year period until I retired last November. VERY poor service. When I finally got irritated and demanded somebody else, anybody else, she told me to figure out how to fix it myself, said she did not have to talk to me as I was rude and used inappropriate language! Since when has STUPID PHONE become inappropriate? Trust me, I have been married to a sailor for 47 years, raised three kids, and 2 grandsons. I drove a school bus for 5 years! I worked for a cable company for 15 years. I know inappropriate language inside out! NEVER in 22 years, did I talk to a customer like that and would have fired, on the spot, any rep that did!

Desired outcome: There is very little you can do other than paying off the phone with Verizon so I can replace it!
