Pit Stop Car Service & Tyres review: Air conditioning re-gas

My brother has been a mechanic for around 20 years. He told me what to do for a preliminary check for if there's likely to be a major leak in the system. I did the test (pushed in the valve to check for the sound of air/gas releasing) no sound=no gas so likely a major leak

So I went to the Pit Stop garage under the impression that i had a leak in my ac system.

The guy did a test and said there was no leak so i got it regassed there and then for £50. I asked multiple times if he was sure there was no leak because as mentioned, i was under the impression that there was a leak.

It has all leaked out in less than 2 weeks and when i went back he said that he only did a vacuum test not a pressure test. I don't see how that's my responsibility that he did the wrong test.

He refused to do anything to fix the situation and even laughed that i asked for a refund
