This is a formal compliant filing against an Australian Company CUPID MEDIA PTY LTD. This company has a online dating site PinkCupid. This site is for Bi Curious, Bisexual and Lesbian Women. For some reason I cannot sign back onto my account on their site. There is a Customer Service Question form that one must fill out and send. I filled this form with needed information. By submitting this form their system would not accept it. When I try to sign onto my account I receive the following message "REQUESTED TEMPORARY SUSPENDED" and that my account will be reviewed by a Customer Service Representative.

I cannot figure out what is wrong. When paying members contact me I treat them with the up most respect. I have a law degree In International Law from the University of Miami School of Law. I have a law practice in the the state of Florida (TAMPA). I have contacted you first to give me due process in settling this complaint. I could have filed this complaint with the U.S. F.C.C. (FEDERAL COMMUNICATION COMMISSION). And ask them to look into this complaint. And if they found the company in question have violated my rights to have them suspended from U.S. business. More then fifty (50) percent of their business is by U.S. citizens.++++ON THE SITE I AM LISTED AS "KRISTY" FROM CLEARWATER, FLORIDA.

I hope that you can help me solve this problem. My attempts to contact them is in vein.

Thank you,
Kristy Anderson

Dear: Team@CupidMedia, You are asking me to submit a photo ID...such as a Drivers License or my Passport ID. Can you confirm that you computer system cannot be hacked. There is no computer system that is Hack Proof. I am not going to endanger the lost of my ID and be subject of ID theft. It takes years to get you ID back...not counting the financial loss.

If it is requested of me to submit a photo ID...then all present members and future members should be required to submit this documentation. There for I can state that I am being discriminated by your site..

I have done nothing wrong on the PinkCupid site. I treat all women that send me messages with the up most respect.

KRISTY MARTIN

Hi pinkcupid I've made a payment and my account has been suspended. I've also sent you the credit card to team@pinkCupid.com as is required. How long does it take to get back my access.
Thanks

I have tried deleting my profile on numerous occasions, with no success. This may cause problems for my current relationship. I have sent emails too. No reply. This is totally unacceptable. This process should be straightforward. I am so frustrated and quite frankly disgusted with this site. I do not want my profile on this site.

I am very upset with the service. I signed up for a 1 month trial and was charged for 2. Now there is no one to call. Ive left several emails that went unanswered. This is not a legitimate American business. I will contact every forum possible to let consumers know you take money you were not authorized to take. Who would sign up for 2seperate months at the same time. I want my refund. Ive reported fraud to my bank

I too, am having great difficulties with this site. My issues are not in the same vein but equally frustrating. Upon updating my email address, I have been locked out of my profile. No email was sent to recognise the change. Yet, when I complained via customer services, a generic email is received. The email states that my new email is not registered! How am I able to set a password rest link then? If the complaint firm recognises the new email address If I am not registered, it makes no sense. This site is very unhelpful and I had considered upgrading.

I am also having a problem with this site. I have attempted several times to contact customer service several times through email Team@pinkcupid.com and their corporate team@cupidmedia.com
I have yet to hear an answer back. I am requesting a refund as I did not contact anyone not did they contact me on the site. Mind you, I only decided after 5 minutes I was not satisfied with the site, results, use of it.
I paid $59.99 and have not heard back. I will take this complaint to MANY sites on the poor service if I do not hear back by the end of this week. I will report this charge as fraud to my credit card company since no real person can contact me back.

Hello Kristy,

To protect our genuine customers, for certain profiles our Fraud Prevention Department requires additional verification of your identity. Your profile is temporarily suspended while we await your verification.

Our customer service team has already emailed you several times at your registered email address explaining what needs to be done to reactivate your profile so it is unfair to accuse us of not responding. If you haven't received the emails we have sent, please email Team@CupidMedia.com for further help.
