Pineville Police Officer Rufus Jones arrested News Now Houston (David) for photography outside and off post property in La. He was not violating the law on photography of a mil. instillation. Jones is a reserve office in La. The Louisana Comm. on Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice do not require the same standard if any for reserve officers full time as of Oct., 1984. Rufus Jones is a CSM in the La. Nat. Guard.
This case was settler in March of 2020. Worden v. Weatherford 1: 18 - cv - 00872 42 usc sect 1983 civil rights violation .
NNH has filed the lawsuit. Now Rufus Jones of the Pineville police Dept. can get his day in court. He failed to show up, for round one. He is a coward. He new he could not defend his actions and the false arrest . NNH has evidence to prove the truth . 7 - 2018 .
Was on my bike waiting for his mail at end of street and a cop pulled up behind me and said come here so I proceeded to him as I get 4 feet or so from his door he swings the door open hitting my bike and says get in front of the car so I immediately backing up in front of the car as he approaches me he grabs me pulled me off the bike in a rough manner Dan throwing me up against the front of the car at that time another officer comes up to my left side first putting hand cuff on my left wrist squeezing it hard I did not resist slamming my face up against a hot hood as the car running burning my face and all I could say is you squeezing my wrist they arrest me putting me in the car slamming my head on the top of the car door then throwing me in I was very upset from the whole ordeal I’m having problems because of my daddy‘s all he wants me to do I have God in power of attorney notarized then filed with the court filing and repeatedly told Pineville went up to Pineville Told him what was going on the situation and previous was arrested again before this is the dance for trespassing when I wasn’t trespassing I have power of attorney of the property need help ASAP

Rufus Jones is a poorly trained Reserve Police Officer who needs his certification revoked forever as a Public Safety Threat! He probably needs to be Court Martialed by the Military and thrown out of their program. He really screwed the pooch on this one. Society does not need or want Tyrants like who have authority. Officer Evan was complicit in the Photographers arrest and appears to be poorly trained! Law Enforcement should not allow these [censored]bags to keep their gun and badge.
Pineville, LA. Police Dept. is a small office with a lot of problems. In 2013 officer John Hebert and officer Samantha Welch Belgard were dispatched to a theft call at Super 1 Foods. Arrests were made on two people after a taser was deployed . The charges after review by the Rapides District Att. Office reviewed the case . Reserve Officer Rufus Ray Jones of the Pineville Dept. is a bad officer . He has limited knowledge of law and no respect for people. The State of LA. has training requirement for full time officers but not part time ( Reserve) this is a big problem and liability .During the false arrest of a Texas based reporter, David on News Now Houston . His rights were violated . Rufus is poorly trained. During the arrest he placed a suspect in a vehicle with no barrier . A handgun was unsecure on the front seat. Some of the charges were dropped .Rufus Jones is a member of the LA. Nat. Guard .
Pineville Police ( Reserve) Office Rufus Jones and Officer Jones made a bad arrest. Officer Jones stated, that he was going to take News Now ( David ) on post. This was a indicator he was off post ( Camp Beauregard ). If he is off post then there is no violation of U.S. code. The Military Police that arrived first stated he had no problems with the N.N.H. taking pictures at that location. Once again verifying he was off post . N.N.H. was charged LA. law RS 14:108 sub section ( c) states that it is a violation to fail to provide his name to law enforcement. The video shows he did give his full name and address . The officer ( Jones) did not write it down . The Pineville Police dept has issues . Officer Terry Bradshaw was arrested after a state Police Investigation in Nov. 2017. He was charged with abuse of office . Rufus you are next.
