Ordered a Christmas Tree on Oct. 28th. Paid $484.50 and was charged $9.99 for a membership fee I did not want. After approx. 15 emails to Pier1 regarding the item as I never received it, I requested my money back. All I get is the same email response: We are experiencing a busy workload…. I’ve asked for a Supervisor to contact with no avail. With all the complaints I’m seeing, I’m pretty sure there’s enough here to file a class action law suit against Pier1. The complaints are the same as mine.
Desired outcome: Refund in full
