Both myself have have major issues with getting prescriptions renewed. I have been trying to get a prescription renewed for three weeks, my blood pressure medication. I call the pharmacy, CenterWell and they inform me that the doctor will need to authorize and they will contact him. I talk with PFP and they tell me all of my prescriptions have been submitted, but when I talk with CenterWell they inform me the prescription I need was not included in the new order.
This is very frustrating and I have been without my medication for over three weeks. What can I do?
