Phenomenal Soils review: Deceptive they told me I didn't or would not have a bill until I received the money that I applied for a loan for.

2/16/2024 Phenomenal Soils application process wanting a 75 loan. They coached me what to say a a business start up with 0 assets, I was completely coached to lie during the application process by Jose.. He said to lie say certain things that was not true, so I would qualify, this is loan fraud that they helped with they said I didn't have to pay until I received the money I said I didn't want money for 3-4 months, Jose specifically said I didn't have to pay until I had had gotten money from credit cards. I want a refund I'm completely unsatisfied with there consultation or any service they completely coached me to commit fraud now I want a refund on my AMEX card 5,000. Or I will be reporting to California attorney general, +lawsuit.. If I don't receive a refund to my Amex for Paul Bebich
