Shipping from this company is ridiculously expensive and the product never arrives on time. I submitted an order in good faith for over $200.00, and payed in full, in good faith on April 2, 2010, the order did not reach me until May 27th. I have given them several chances, ordering 4 times, only one order has arrived within 30 days. The company makes you pay 29.99 for express shipping which is supposed to reach you in 10-18 days, not one order has arrived in a timely fashion. They will reorder your product, but only after you have invested the waiting time, and after you call them to say you have not received it.

For persons trying to order drugs that they are in dire need of, if you use them, please order 2-3 months ahead of the time you need the drugs. Fortunately, I was ordering an elective drug, but when you pay over $200.00 for this order on 4/2/2010 and dont receive it until almost 60 days later, it is very frustrating.

I will not be ordering from this company ever again. Their website is completely inaccurate when it comes to their obligations for making sure you receive the items that you have paid for. Calling Customer Service is useless, because you continue to get the scripted answers in front of them, no one really listens to you.

Ordered HCG injections for HGC diet plan.
Product did not perform as advertised after 2 weeks, so we took it to a friend who is a biochem professor at local university. His lab analysis (which was pretty cool, in a geeky sort of way) of their product determined it was merely b-12 and saline and actually contained NO HCG.
I contacted their customer service dept and am still waiting for a response.

I won't go into all the details, but I've had a similar horrible experience. Never got my medication (after I TRIED TO CANCEL before it shipped), and when I called to resolve the issue I was told that after an entire week they still hadn't gotten hold of the pharmacy. They said they couldn't provide express shipping, and on 4 separate occasions they said they would call me to let me know the status of my order and didn't.

Their manager's name is Jeff Lloyd and his email is jeffl@pharmacyescrow.com. Send him an email and tell them what you think about their crappy service.

Because you're located in the UK and your mail service sucks. USA gets priority from Pharmacyescrow.com - because you had a flaw doesn't mean the site / company is at flaw; they have NO CONTROL OF A PACKAGE ONCE IT LEAVES THEIR COMPANY --- that is not rocket science there.

I received mine in 12 days of the 10-18 day wait; no issues what so ever and everything is exactly as expected.

Terrible reason to leave a negative comment. Go complain about something worthy of complaining of --- or call you mail / package delivery and cry in their customer service.
