This company makes misleading claims on their website and has HORRIBLE customer service.

I ordered 2 pettiskirts for my girls-- ages 1 and 3. Although the order was placed 1 month ahead of their joint birthday party, after 3 weeks, I had not received the order nor any notification of delay from the company (even though they tout 98% delivery in 2-3 days). I could not reach anyone on the phone for 3 additional days, and then I received a terse response that my delivery would be shipped just 2 days prior to the party (i.e. almost 1 month delayed!).

When the delivery arrived, it was COMPLETELY wrong. I had ordered a skirt for a baby and a toddler, and I received 2 identical skirts labeled "small". I immediately contacted the owner who told me, matter-of-factly, that they had no baby skirts in stock and she changed my original order without notifying me and receiving my approval. Furthermore, she added that she KNEW the toddler skirt woudl NEVER FIT my three year-old, but sent it anyway, and she taunted me for not realizing that myself. Who would knowingly send identical skirt-sizes-- incorrect at that-- to a baby and a toddler, without any acknowledgement to the customer?! An upstanding company would first notify the customer if an item is out of stock and needs to be replaced with a different size, and second notify the customer if something they ordered clearly won't fit. It appeared as if SHE WANTED me, the customer, to be UNHAPPY.

The owner then sent me a slew of nasty emails, each more offensive than the next, threatening to sue me for libel and slander for exposing her poor customer service and outright lies, and then making veiled attacks at my religion (which she somehow discovered by investigating on line). This is not just poor customer service, but dangerous behavior. I WARN all parents to STEER CLEAR of this company. It came as no surprise to me that this so-called pettiskirt company is housed in a warehouse with mace guns, tasers, and other underground weapons. I wish I had all of this information, before I tarried with these people.

Finally, I would question their claim that all of their products are "made in America". A quick google search of the company reveals that they received shipments from a company in China called Sunnyhaile LTD (South Fucheng Road, Nantuan, East Industry Zone, , Chengyang, Qingdao, Shandong, 266071). "Made in America", but perhaps manufactured in China. BEWARE!

    I must admit this place has the worst customer service and the my. I place an order with them on a Friday am the confirmation email they sent clearly stated that all order placed in a Friday after 1 thru Sunday night would not be processed until the Monday it also stated that they were closed on weekends and holidays. In Saturday I tried to cancel the orders I was told on Sunday that I couldn't cancel the orders because they were packed and shipped. I never recieved an email stating the items emwere shipped nor was I provided with a tracking number. When I forward them the email that stated merchandise purchased in Fridays thru Sundays wouldn't be processed until the Monday they started getting nasty telling me who gets mad because the merchandise they ordered shipped already. They also said that I could get a refund until they recieved the money from the bank so I need to take it up with my bank. I told them u was gonna contact the better business bureau and also post a review about the way they conducted business. I said that I was gonna attach there emails so anyone who googles them can see how they did business. They told me that the better business bureau was a scam and they was gonna refund me in Wednesday so now can I please stop harrassing them. The nerve of then I'm harassing them for my money. Stay a way from these people

    I agree. I'm in the middle if dealing with them now. I ordered a skirt for my child and have been trying to reach them ever since to discuss what I wanted. Their telephone number says to send an email. So I sent an email...lots of emails. I even tried calling their number over and over to annoy them to pickup.
    To try a different route I sent an email from my mother's account thinking mine might be blocked. I received a response from her within 20 minutes. She doesn't have what I ordered and wanted to replace with a different skirt. That was ok with me but now it is too late for the pictures I had scheduled. Which I have rescheduled 3 different times due to not having the skirt.

    I did tell them that if they could not have the skirt to me within 24 hours that I want a refund. I got no response to that. And of course I can't get in touch with anyone through any email acct or phone number.

    I definitely would not order from them again or recommend anyone else. It's not worth the trouble. You can order the same thing from a different website with better service.

    I too have just had a similiar situation with this company and the stuff did not arrive in time either and was wrong - so, I told her and she said, sorry no returns. I went out and had my credit card take the money back, I hope it works

    We bought a 50 inch 3D TV and blue ray player in Feb. We paid almost $4, 000.00 by the time we got everything we needed. We had to have the Geek Squad come and hook up the networking and everything that we didn't know how to do. They replaced our router and I thought everything was fine, but ever since this was done when I am on my computer and the phone rings it cuts me offline. That's why I got DSL, so I wouldn't have to deal with that, so I am paying more for DSL and still get cut off like on dial up and it's extremely annoying. Also, I have had to call the Geek Squad a few times and that is a total nightmare. The phone will just continue to ring there and no one ever answers and if you are lucky enough to get an answer it is a recording asking you to hold. One day I held for 30 minutes and no one ever answered the call. Most times when you call the store it is the same way. It takes forever for anyone to answer the call. I am not very happy with Best Buy's service either and from now on will deal with Sears. They have got the best customer service of any place I have dealt with and I regret that I bought from Best Buy instead of Sears this time. It won't happen again. I've told Best Buy about it on numerous occasions and they do nothing about it. Yesterday, we went to Best Buy to buy the 3D version of Avatar since it was announced on t.v. that it was released. We were told that the only way you could get the 3D version was if you bought a Panasonic 3D t.v. We told them that we did buy one in Feb. they told us that there was a voucher to fill out and send to Panasonic to be able to get it since it was a promotion that only allowed people to get the 3D version only if you bought a Panasonic t.v. I told them we didn't receive a voucher. They said they couldn't do anything about that and I should call Panasonic. I did and was told there was nothing they could do about it. So, I told them if that's the kind of business they do with customers that spend that much money on their products that they could rest assured that we would never buy another Panasonic product. I was told "that's fine". So, I will tell everyone I know what lousy service they have and if they are smart they won't give a company that treats their customer's so shabbily any business. I also think it's wrong for a movie company to allow that kind of promotion where only a certain few can purchase their product. That's a monopoly and very unfair to the rest of the people.
