I have 2 Reserved parking spots in the apartment complex for me and my daughter. The rules is that any one park in my parking spot to call the office and complain. It happened more than 3 times every time I call the office management to removed the other persons car from my parking spot which I pay for monthly it happens that the office management they know the person at they end up removing his/her car. Today 3/29/2011 someone was parking in my spot I called the office management and the office management called towing truck to remove the car, when the towing truck arrived luckily I saw him removing my car I yelled hey this my car the towing truck person said you need to go and tell the management office before I tow your car. I ran to the office and I told them they came outside and the office guy said that's my car. Anyway two minutes later the manger comes out and they end up knocking on the owners car door and ask him/her move the car. I Said what if I wasn't baying attention and my car was towed? He looked at me mad. I know this is all about being not fair. They shook the towing guy hands and it's done. It's like nothing happened. I don't even deserve an apology!
DO NOT LIVE HERE! Over the last few months (under new property management), Perry Point has gone downhill FAST. It seems they are beginning to allow anyone to live in this community and thus it has become infested with boisterous, loud tenants. The pool is pretty however due to the type of people that now reside here, there are loud parties with over 200 people at the pool, alcohol and bottles everywhere, cops being called on a regular basis, guns being shot, and violence at the pool. This is definitely not a place for children to live and be raised. Also, the management staff is the least professional I've ever encountered. They are rude, sit by the pool on the weekends and drink to the point of non-coherence with the tenants and do absolutely nothing when issues arise. Stacey is the WORST property manager I've ever seen - she is a drunk and does not care that the way she carries herself directly reflects upon the property. Michelle is an idiot and is constantly asking for favors from tenants but treats them with zero respect. Kerri used obscenities to break up a 200 party at the pool only to get pushed in by a non-resident.
Though it may seem nice from the outside, please take a moment to think before signing a lease with Perry Point.
