Pep Cell Store Chrishani Crossing review: Lack of professional customer service from cashiers/consultant

I went to Pep Cell store in Chrishani Crossing where i found one customer being served and 2 cashiers/consultants at the tills the other one was assisting the customer the other was just busy opening stock.I stood there almost 45min without even bieng asked if i need assistance, the line ended up having more than 12 people waiting to be assisted, I took it apon myself to ask if the lady busy with boxes can attend to the line atleast while the other is busy as I was just there to purchace an SD Card, the one busy with boxes told me no i cant help im busy with stock, the one assisting the customer i since found there said we are busy you can go to another Pep stores..my response was i believe customers are more important than boxes u can deal with that when u done with the line..the one who had an attitude even showed me her tag hence i will name her (Ususipho)to say i can come back the next day to complain to her manager because i feel im special i cannot wait ..inwhich its gone over to a full hour just to purchase an SD Card she even said she is used to our kind who want special attention..i mean the line is too much now ppl are standing there as they there to beg and not buy..what frustrated me was the response i got from the start of the conversation the rest just proved to me this consultant knows that even if we can complain to her manager nothing with happen she does as she pleases and never respect customers time as much as we need to be patient in store when other consultants are able to help why not than to be told you can go elsewhere if u cant wait.
