these people is sueing me for a loan in 2008 which i did pay back and they say i give the bad check. first of all i never in my life right a bad check and i don't even use check. Now they sueing me for $200 loan and now they say i own them $550. that account they send the money too was close. what should i do i live in NY
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This company has said they were going to serve me for a loan I know nothing about from 2009.. they gave a bank account number I am not aware of and a name of Steve Mancuso whom I have never heard of... there is something fishy about this.. I explained I had filed a police report and a report with FCC about this type of activity... My phone number was different in 2009 so how did they get my phone number?
They threatened to sue me for a loan I paid back in 2009 in the amount of $350, which has now accrued interest and is now am outstanding balance of $500.
My sister is in the same boat. They are saying she owes money she is sure she paid and doesnt know what to do... any ideas?
