The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
If Anybody has problem then he/she should have ask to us directly and still his/her problem could not be solved then he/she should take legal steps against our company if really cheated from our side.
we know that our legal service is very long but it's only right way to prove and get justice from neutral person. we are indian citizen so we should have to care about out right to get justice.
Till today there is no matter/issue came from any worker/center like that he/she has been raised legal case against our company so what intention to post online negative comments?
If we are really educated and have much knowledge then we must know there is no possibility to get justice from this posting.
Finally we ( Patel Infosoft team ) want to inform one thing only don't waste your valuable time to post negative comments against our company because if you have any problem then your 1st preference should be talk to us and try to express your interest to solve your problem.
In short time we will design a team to note down problems/complaints with us. Here we will provide live meetings with advisors, experts and our end clients.
If our past workers want to solve their issues/disputes then we will ready to discuss with them but we need one commitment from workers/centers that after discussion and final judgement by this meeting if there is no fault from our company then worker/center should have to pay penalty and if our company fault or any wrong decision then our company will pay Dispute amount with interest and penalty. penalty will be 20% of dispute amount.
