Pascal Richard, scammer, criminal who spent 5 years in jail for theft. In jail, he learned new scams, he learned how easy it was to get away with stealing money from families with kids as a "company", and getting away scott free! As a fake construction worker.

In the summer of 2015 alone, I am aware of over 5 families that he lied to, collected down payments, and ran like a coward without finishing even 10% of the work. Losses averaged $50, 000 per family, now you do the math. Good year for this criminal.
