Hi,

I had 2 parcels sent to Parcel Flow around mid March 2021

So I paid for parcels to be forwarded to addresses inside the EU zone twice.

-Once to a German address on April 6th 2021, the forwarding failed, parcels were sent back to Parcelflow and I was never refunded (about $160).

The explanation I was given is that a lot of things have changed after BEXIT in terms of shipping from the UK to the EU zone.

Their support (a guy named Paul) I asked for time to figure out how things worked after BEXIT. I waited.

And I waited an extra time during the COVID pandemic, they said they are understaffed.

During this time they misplaced one of my parcels and I had to wait again for it to be found.

Once it was recovered, I wanted to proceed with shipping.

Parcel Flow support (Paul) suggested to split the parcels into 3 smaller parcels

-So I proceeded with payment on November 17th 2021, 3x40 euros for 3 parcels to Belgian address this time. I was provided with a tracking link, all I received with confirmation 3 confirmation emails, they were blank. I email their support to get update but they did not respond. I fell ill 2 weeks or so after that but been checking for the tracking link of the shipment to be emailed to me, or any updates. But nothing. I

After I had recovered from illness I contacted them again recently, they replied and asked for details of the case, as if they did not have any records. I had to write long email explaining my case (unnecessarily bureaucratic), I provided screenshot of our emails, proof of payment. A lot of work in fact.

After that, they located my parcels and surprised me saying storage fees are due, totally out of nowhere. Literally something the first I'm being informed about that. No notice, no email no invoice.

So basically they want to charge me for a situation that was caused by them in the first place with no prior notice or agreement from my part to have my parcels sent to storage. Decision taken without my consent, because I paid for the parcels to be delivered not stored.

Really a mediocre and yet greedy service that has turned into a nightmare.

PS: Parcels contain a household shopping made during the sales period. (clothing items, electronics)

Desired outcome: I'd like to have my parcels delivered. (a service I paid for twice)
