Pankaj Naram review: dangerous 1

I went to see Dr.Pankaj in Germany.I had already been taking the herbs from him for years with some mixed results.I was feeling basically quite well but went for a checcup because of my arthritis.He recommended me to do a full cleansing called panchakarma.Itold him i was sceptical because when i did it three years ago i was feeling so weak for a long time.He assured me i would be fine.I followed his advice because i wanted to do the right thing.I did the panchakarma.Upon returning from the treatment i started feeling very weak, depressed and lost my sleep. I called him and he told me to take more herbs, which i did but it did not help.I didnt sleep for over 1 and half month and i was critically depressed and suicidal.After advice from mydoctor i cut out all the herbs and it has been tough but i feel it is the right thing to do.If he is such a great doctor he should have been able to tell that this panchakarma was too much for me at this point.I have never been so sick in my life since after this panchakarma.Also i want to share that when i started this medicines many years ago it was just for maintenance and well being, then after taking the herbs for some years i started having joint problems and then i HAD to take the herbs for that.I think my arthritis never even would have developed if i hadnt taken the herbs.The point is that he is giving lot of herbs and after some time the body can react against them.He says you can take them for life but i have taken this for 9 years, done 2 panchakarmas(cleansings) and i just got sicker and sicker.Now i have woken up.I believe he is more of a businessman than a doctor.He is not present for his patients, he doesnt see them.Better deal with your health problems through the ayurvedic diet which i believe in .
