Palms West Hospital - Er Team / Doctors / Staff review: Customer service, customer care, overall bedside manner and involvement for patients

I have a long lists of complaints and looking into a lawyer. Nurses not getting meds on time, doctors not coming to see you then if they do the rush out with atitude and don’t give you answered to your questions or results. Kept changing and canclling my pain meds when they know I am in severe pain with no explanation and have many diagnosis and so far no resolution. I have had multiple visits the last month for the same reasons, with a the gastro doctor monzel literally saying I need surgery to help fix everything and help with the pain but the surgeon isn’t willing to do it. Doctors after multplie ct’s ultrasounds etc they have not fully explained my results or answered my questions about anything, I keep getting blank aplologies, promises to talk to somone in charge and still haven’t. Whole time here luiquid diet, and wouldn’t let me see how actual food does with my stomach. Been here for 3 days now for the 5th time this month (only go here cause my specialist is here). I am making a complaint every possible way I can and also seeking a lawyers input. Amanda ryan, just the women that wants to have the correct and respected care that every patient should get, considering with my conditions I am there all the time. The judging and misinterpretation of people that these doctors and nurses have is crazy, very biased and actually sad.
