The charge (Aug. 13, 2021) for $45.67 appeared on my (new) credit card statement. The entry was just as I entered it in the first line above: PADDLE.net* RESTORO.

I've be entrapped by Restoro before, but got rid of them. Now it's back, and I'm QUITE SURE I did not subscribe to these shysters. Nor do I know how they got access to my credit card account #.

I want Restoro to terminate immediately charging me; I'm happy to forgo whatever service it thinks it is providing.

Desired outcome: I want them to refund/strike the $45.67 charge from my credit card account and to cease charging me monthly..

Je ne vous ai jamais autorisé à prendre deux fois 64.33 dans ma carte de crédit je n'ai pas besoin de vos services .Le 4 et le 5 novembre vous avez pris 128.66 sans autorisation je vous demande de remettre dans ma carte ce montant de 128.66 d'ici une semaine sinon je vais vous dénoncer au grand public c'est à dire en passant par la télévision je suis Gisèle Lord Ce n'est pas une menace c'est une promesse croyez moi Je veux une réponse . They did the same to me, until I cancelled the debit card that I subscribed with and got a new one. Paddle won't help you, they claim that they are just a 3rd party and handle payments, but not the subscriptions. I had to search a forum where some gives a link to Restoro's hidden page to stop automatic renewals.

They confirmed that I unsubscribed, but then still attempted to charge me, through Paypal, to my old debit card, which of course I already canceled. So, lucky for me they didn't get to steal more money.

They're product doesn't work anyway, which is why they make cancellation impossible and scam people.

I have numerous unauthorized charges from my account. First off I never even subscribed to it, but when I noticed the first transaction, I addressed it and got my refund but now I'm looking at my bank statement I realize that there is 6 charges. Of course I'm having trouble actuality speaking to a live person. What should/can I do?

I have noted that Paddle NET*RESTORO have charged me £31.14 which appeared on HSBC account on the08/09/2022.I never agreed to this and would like you to refund this amount to my account.

After a week of trying to get help with restore after it broke my computer, it was suggested to me that I can unload restore with instructions how. Nothing was ever mentioned as far as a refund. If they try this with me I will report them to every known agency! Here is my review of them on trustpilot:

"I recently "cleaned up my computer," by storing a bunch of my things on an external drive and deleting them for my computer. I added a VPN and an encrypted email service because I have been hacked (for over a year and a half) and have just barely been able to evade my hackers. But I thought there might be leftover junk on my computer and it has been running slow since the day we bought it, so I read a few reviews - absolutely not enough! - and had Restoro scan my computer. It turns out to have it clean your computer you have to pay, so I went ahead and paid about $45. After a 3-hour scan in safe mode (as opposed to the 30 minutes they say is about what you should expect at the max) I decided to go ahead and pay and have it clean up my computer." Restoro" BROKO my computer! My VPN will no longer load, several other programs don't work, and although I have shown the screenshots of what's not working and pretty much actually told them which ones were deleted from my windows components, every time I write a letter the same thing happens. A new customer service person responds, doesn't know anything about my problem and asks me to go through it all over again. Oh and apparently there is a mandatory paragraph telling you you can go on chat for quicker service. I tried that twice. What happened was this. The chat bot or customer service representative was busy so I waited. Then the screen went away absolutely gone! Even though I told them that, I still get a new representative or two everyday telling me to get on chat to solve my problem! I've been doing this faithfully for a week and have received absolutely no help. Finally today, the last customer service representative sent me the instructions to delete Restoro from my computer. Without mentioning anything of a refund! I have had it. Don't ever download this program! I don't believe they're scammers, but they are incredibly inept at helping and it is not the individual's fault. It is a systematic approach to customer service that doesn't work worth a hoot! I'm sure you can find better cleaners out there than Restoro. Please try for your own sanity's sake."

I called their 1-800 number to activate a 58.95 3-license package that I had just paid for. Then I gave permission for a login to my computer, assuming that they would be setting up their program. Instead, they used MY OWN COMPUTER as a chalkboard to hammer me with a very aggressive time- share style presentation for over an hour.

I didn't catch on right away. Then, finally, the point... trying to step me from $58 up to $499 , for the " real " program

I disconnected and tried many, many times to contact them for a refund. They are almost impossible to find after the fact, but I finally got someone to agree to a refund within 48 hrs. We'll see.

This is a terrible company to deal with. They use despicably deceptive business practices and should be legally stopped from being able to do so.

I am having similar problems with Restoro, i have used their software a few times over the last few years, no problems till now, Restoro seem to think that they can help themselves to your bank account without permission and that you are a life member. I have emailed Restoro several times trying to get a refund of AU$60.45. which was taken from my bank account without my authority, no positive results so far.
where can I go from here?
