I ordered a queen mattress (giselle) on Ozsales. As soon as I paid, I seen I orded a queen not king. Contacted them straight away to change order and pay the difference. It’s been a real drama. I had to send the queen mattress back to company. They have received the mattress, but still haven’t refunded me the money.

I purchased from ozsales omlette pan with egg poacher. Arrived with no hole in the handle to put screw .faulty product wouldnt by from them again .l had to open dispute with pay pal to return for refund .poor quality product . Dont buy from this company .
