Placed order in Novermber 2009 waited approximately eight (8) months when the incorrect item arrived. Returned the incorrect item and Outpost Flags never gave credit nor sent correct item, as of this date September 2010. Attempted to e-mail and telephone - no reply. Outpost Flags will not answer their telephone, moreover their mail box is continually "filled" whereby you are redirected to another number which is promptly not answered.

Have attempted to settle for a credit or, of course, the correct item. However, all attempts to resolve the problem have been met with silance. It seems to me that by not providing my PayPal account the credit due nor sending the correct item is a rather unfair trading pratice.

Great site and service. Items came in less than a week. Super hard to find stuff for cheap. Very happy.

My experience with this seller has been most pleasant and my items were received within a week of ordering, I had no problem with communication either. The earrings I purchased are just lovely and I received super fast shipping. So very pleased with my purchases! The patches are high quality and classic design, will gladly buy from again. I give this seller 5 stars!

Yea I have had the same thing over helmet stickers took 6 weeks to get the wrong installers to the lier that works their twice that company is a joke and any one that dose buy from them will be ripped off and like the other guy posted want Answer you back like a bunch of scared kids I don't know may be it was how they was raised may be their dad's was a dishonest lieing scared rip off punk two

This is so unprofessional company. I ordered Dec. 2011 and charged right away with paypal. I have never received. Whenever I called, they always said "it's still in process'' I called a couple of time. Never called or e-mailed me the update info.
I am sorry to say, but this company has no future.

you might try calling us [protected], we dont have any control over when and how paypal bills, more than one person who reached us [censor] was walked thru and then discovered they didnt even have the right company, i just went thru this with a lady who was furious, turns out she paid a place called flags outpost which is defunct a parasite who used a similar name to draw off of the hard work we did the establish a net presence, right now etsy is allowing some bimbo in canada to call herself northerngoodies even though i own northerngoodies.com and informed them of that

I ordered one simple shotglass almost 3 months ago, paid for through paypal and have not received it.
Sent 2 emails which were not responded to, called and was told all shotglasses were shipped out last week. Another email, was told "sorry, I have been off sick, will send right away". Still no shotglass. Sent another email telling them to refund my money. No response. This "bogus" company is a rip off. I'm sure this won't get posted. My last one didin't.
