Are there any other victims of Financial Abuse who are fed up of not being able to do anything (legal) about getting justice served on the abusers?

In relation to the above comment - they have told you to contact the police yeah they really will help you NOT!
Its all about civil law! Legal aid should be available for people like yourself for a civil litigation...
How on earth do they expect you to fight with no money as it was all taken stolen from you!

I have pasted the following email in as additional information, to let people know the type of person they deal with if they deal with Shaun Lammas or his Creditors, Keen Thinking Ltd.
It is an email sent by my Mother (another woman who has joined my 'start-up' campaign to try and make changes to how much help is available to victims of this type of 'crime' It is NOT 'civil' so why is it falling under the banner of 'civil' litigation?> Anyway, the email is below (inc is my blog address):

I am contacting you because of the position you hold and also a position you held namely Minister for Women& Equalities.
My daughter was conned by her ex-husband, he took her business she built up over a number of years namely Recruitment, it was doing well then she took a sabbatical and he took over for six months, he took her business she lost her home then found out he had mortgaged it three times he also took multi thousands of pounds then fled.
she asked the police and legal bodies for help but got nowhere the only assistance she got was from TAKE a BREAK, who published part of her story and tracked him down with the help of women who read it and knew him. she was then able to serve divorce papers on him. her divorce settlement was an art studio/workshop his creditors promptly slapped a charge on that building HOW UNFAIR IS THAT.
Police and Legal Bodies say they cannot help. so he is free to commit more fraud but hey she is a woman so why would they help.
he is still doing this we know of one other and Guess what NO HELP just left with his debts worry and frustration.

An additional comment to my post above: The Insolvency service investigators are not interested in MY case. They are still looking into other things. They say I should contact the Police.
I have contacted the police, I have literally begged the police for help, they say Shaun Lammas (who by the way claims he is Dr S Lammas with a fake PHD) has NOT committed a CRIMINAL offence, just a civil one and they cannot help me.
The Police advice is to see a Solicitor, so far I have visited 4 and been charged a few thousand £ too, just to be told that yes, if I want to make a deposit of approx £20'000 then they may be able to help, but it could cost more and with no guarantee.
I have no money left.
As stated above you will find (or at least I have) that legal aid is not available for Civil Litigation, in fact even earning just minimum wage I cannot get legal aid for anything (I did look into that)!
How do others manage to do it?
So in conclusion my experience has proven to me that if the perpetrator of a crime takes all of your money, it means you cannot hope for any justice, unless you are a businessman (not woman) and then the police and courts will listen to you. So heaven help anyone else who becomes a victim of this kind of 'action', cause our British Justice system sure as hell will not. If anyone is interested TAKE-A-BREAK Magazine published part of my story before with the title 'Has anyone seen my Vampire Slayer' (a Van Helsing reference), it was because of this story that I was finally able to get the divorce papers issued to him, women up and down the Country helped me track him down. So the Media helps us where the courts and the police fail.

I used to be married to this man. He stole my company, re-mortgaged my home 3 times (without my knowledge or consent) he stole my money, stole staff wages. Committed fraud ran away. It took 18 months to find him and another nearly 2 years to get divorced, whilst trying to get divorced people he owed money to charged me and my property with HIS debts. He left me (his wife) and my little daughter homeless, pennyless and broken. I still have HIS debts and the courts, the police and the government investigation and insolvency services are NOT interested. I had lived in my home for years and had built my company for years before I even knew him; he took it all. The false names he uses are from ex friends and family members. Please do NOT trust this very cowardly person. No one can help you and you will find NO justice if you are a victim. ALSO: a company he owed money to could not find him and added his debt to my only thing left, a little building with no water, sewage or heating, I cant use it to live in like that and cannot get a building loan because HIS creditor company will not remove the charge on it. They cannot force me to sell because it was not my debt, but cannot get him to pay because he declared himself bankrupt in the same month he was BANNED from Directorship by Birmingham Insolvency service. The company who he owed and attacked me in this way are called KEEN THINKING LTD t/a Cash simply and Perms simply also. They were not regulated by the FSA at the time either. The CEO of Keen Thinking also (certainly used to) 'Tweet' about EVERYONE who owed him money, people were discussed in horrid ways via his tweets (named and Shamed) and so TOM ATKINSON I name you too. It is SHAUN R LAMMAS who owes you money, not me; me and my daughter lost enough and you have enough, stop being greedy.

Dr Shaun Robert Lammas - now why are those sort of people born into this world i ask myself...
Shaun gets involved with innocent women who have things in there lives like houses, children, money, cars, respect, trust - well until he comes along in there lives, he then gets these women to trust him, then over time he abuses that trust that has been given to him and strips them of there whole life and after doing this just runs away with no worries or cares in the world about what he has done and what he has taken from innocent women who have worked long and hard for what they had in there lives. Its theft in a very big way and unforgivable - Any woman that is reading this that is involved with Shaun Lammas I suggest you get rid before you loose everything you have! He has not only done this to one woman in his life but two and now possibly woman number three. You know what I am a great believer in what comes around goes around... Its only a matter of time. And the full purpose of him using these women in this way is because each one he has been with he has just used them for there address and so to gain a fresh start in life & so he can run these dodgy companies and never get caught - hence the running away.. he needs to be stopped before he destroys any more innocent women's lives and leaves them with nothing but a massive debt due to him.
This man is a “coward" like a school boy bully who prays on innocent vulnerable women!
He has nothing in his life so he has to take from others who have a life its jealousy, someone who is really unhappy in there own mind and there own life!
As you can see from the comments he was banned from directorship and so he cant even to be seen to be running a company even if he is actually not the director.

Over the web Shaun Lammas has negative comments so before you decide you use him and his so called services check him out properly... This man is a con man and a fraudster BEWARE!

Absolute FRAUDSTER! He did a proper number on a good friend of mine! leaving her and her 3 children (1 of which is his) in loads of debt, had their house repossessed, cars taken from them, saving wiped clean, you name it! makes me sick what he has done to my friend and her children, he will continue to rip people/ companies off as best as he does and he wont be stopped until he gets put in prison! He has NO heart at all! please do not do business with him or become friends with him or worst of all don't let him in your home! He is a coward, a conman and an absolute disgrace!

THIS INFO WAS ALSO POSTED BY SHAUN LAMMAS (aka James Robinson) on Linkd in site. He could not have been 'humanfactor' unless it ran at same time as M&DLtd then MDL Consultancy Ltd. It did not.
In 1998 / 1999 Shaun Lammas was just leaving the Army. He was employed as an engineer in 2002, then became a recruiter much later on.

Present company Otium Corporation Ltd and his company before that was External Hr Limited...

He used names of ex team members from old agency to hold on to client contracts that need to have security clearance to deal with. He used names of innocent old town friends and pretended they were directors cause he was banned from directorship. Needs locking up.

Shaun Robert Lammas is a one man band who uses false names to make it look like there are more staff in his company.

Shaun Robert Lammas took over recruitment agency in Bromsgrove Worcestershire. he is really dodgy, ran up multi thousands £'s debt, ran away, set up again. De-frauded LOADS of people.

He says he has specialist teams of industry expert consultants which is not true he is a one man band on a laptop in a house!

He is not what he appears to be. Do not trust. Scam merchant. Banned from Directorship. Ex Bankrupt. Dodgy Contracts. Be Aware. Shaun Robert Lammas fraudster.

If you check out his website http://www.otiumcorp.com/industries.html you will see that he says "with specialist teams of industry expert consultants" well actually this is a 100% lie this Dr or Mr shaun Robert Lammas is a one man band with no office and works on his laptop in a room in a house! He will use different names and different email names to make you think that there is more than him running this bussiness.. Big compaines are being fooled by him as he is only in this to rip people off and to do this he will use means of Fraud.
He does not pay up!
