I purchased a Sterling Silver Blue Enamel Cross Pendant that was smaller than represented online and I ordered a diamond cut rope chain that was suggested as an addition for the cross. The bail on the cross was too small to fit the rope chain through! So I asked to return the cross. Within a few days, I received an email for the return label and I returned it promptly. I was informed once they received the return it would be credited to my account. Per tracking, the returned item was received by them 3 weeks ago and I still do not have a credit to my account. I have reached out by email 2 times (no phone number is listed) to inquire about when the refund will post and I receive no response from them at all. Now they have their merchandise back and still have the money I paid for it! I do not recommend purchasing anything from Orthodox Depot! You can find most of these same things on Amazon.com and for less money than they charge with a better return policy! As a matter of fact, you will receive Amazon gift receipts for some of the purchases you make (I received one for the rope chain & one for an icon purchased). I had hoped this would be a reputable online site for all Orthodox items but I do not trust Orthodox Depot nor can I in good conscience recommend them to any of my Orthodox friends!

I finally received an email response from [email protected] yesterday apologizing for the delay in communication. Also, my refund for the Orthodox Sterling Silver Blue Enamel Cross was immediately credited to my Visa account the same day (yesterday) as well as the additional shipping cost I had paid for my full order. Regarding my concern about the 2.5mm chain which didn't fit the cross bail which I ordered being "recommended" by the website, it is an error within their software that matched that particular cross with that chain based on some meta tags - this is something they are working to fix. They thanked me for bringing that to their attention. They also asked what else they could do to make things right with me. I informed them that they already remedied the situation by responding, refunding and looking into the error of recommending a chain that does not fit. Therefore, this has been resolved to my satisfaction.
