The Management office
We would like to feedback that recently a resident said the letter was wrongly slot in their mailbox.
Beside we realise the postman come to the Management Office quite late at 5+ pm evening.
As we are working office hour, we hope you are able to put in consideration as there is resident complaint about they received a wrong Blk & Unit no in their mailbox.
This have cause the Management an inconvenience as we have to ask for assistance to slot the letters back to the respective Blk & Unit no accordingly.
Kindly please revert this matter as soon as possible
