I bought a refrigerator from open box appliances in springdale arkansas, it quit freezing so I called them an they came an fixed it. Now the hinges have failed an they dont want to fix it, I have barely had it 6 months and it came with a one year warranty... The warranty does not specify what is covered or not, it just says one year warranty. If they dont want to stand behind their products they dont need to sell them...
Desired outcome: for them to fix the refrigerator or refund my money...
