So, I decided to give Onedaybride a try and ordered a mother of the bride outfit. When I received it, it was wrapped in plastic that was as big as a football. I opened it up and was disappointed to see that it was extremely wrinkled and there were no tags on the outfit. To make matters worse, all three pieces were the wrong size. Each one was a different size, which made me wonder if they even checked the order before sending it out.

I immediately contacted their customer service to return the outfit. However, their response was not what I expected. They offered me a measly 30% refund and told me that they did not want the outfit back. I mean, seriously? Who does that? I didn't want to keep the outfit, so I refused their offer.

After a few days, they came back with another offer - 50% refund and I could keep the outfit. It was their last chance offer, they said. I was so frustrated with their terrible customer service and the whole experience that I decided to take the offer and keep the outfit.

Overall, my experience with Onedaybride was not a good one. Their customer service was horrible and the quality of their products was subpar. I would not recommend this company to anyone and suggest that you find someone else that you can trust.

I ordered a dress from Onedaybride back in March, hoping to get a beautiful David's Bridal dress in size 10. I paid through Paypal on March 17, but as of April 8, I still haven't received my dress. I kept getting emails from them asking about my measurements, which I confirmed, but I also asked them to verify that the dress I was purchasing was indeed a David's Bridal dress. I mean, that's what they were advertising, right? But instead of answering my question, they just refunded my money and said they couldn't get the dress to me in time. But time wasn't even an issue for me - I just wanted to make sure I was getting the real deal. Obviously, I wasn't.

It's pretty clear to me that this company is just some random person in another country trying to make dresses that look like David's Bridal dresses. And honestly, I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on them. It's just not worth the risk.

So, I wanted to share my experience with Onedaybride. I was excited to find a website where I could buy my wedding dress without breaking the bank. I paid for my dress and was hopeful that everything would go smoothly. However, like the other review mentioned, there was some confusion with the measurements. I ordered an above knee dress and measured 35" in length, but they said they automatically make all dresses 59". That didn't make any sense to me.

I was told that my dress would be shipped on April 16 and I would receive it by the 26th. But when that date came and went, I got worried. I emailed them and was told that due to Covid, they were experiencing delays. I understood that, but I was still disappointed. The next shipping date they gave me was May 8th. So, I waited patiently for my dress to arrive.

When May 8th came around, I emailed them again to ask if my dress had been shipped. To my surprise, I got a response asking if I wanted to cancel my order. I was confused and frustrated. Why would I want to cancel a dress that was already paid for and supposedly finished?

I have to say, I was really disappointed with my experience with Onedaybride. It seems like they don't actually make dresses at all, they just take your money and leave you hanging. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
