One Fat frog have not had a license to sell or repair any gas appliances until of March 2014 verified by "The Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services" That means anything sold before then was done so illegally please call the toll free consumer hot line at 1-800-HELP-FLA(435-7352)Explain what and when you were sold Faulty equipment from this company

Also upper managment are convicted felons a reason why customers are being ripped off, John Kalish is the General Manager/Human Resourses, Amin Hassanien Owner and President, Any Employee who brings up their Fraudulant practices are usually fired right away, i know because i was one, posting this in hopes of saving some people a headache from dealing with this shady company.
Complaint
Entered multi-piece lease agreement. After 1 month past delivery date, still missing equipment, and other given broken/still not functioning.
Total paid to date - $3, 522.43; Initial security deposit included Jan payment. Lease signed 1/27/15. Wording in lease ambiguous and allowed leasing company (****************) to begin deducting monthly payments (Feb - Apr).

Total deliveries - 5
Total scheduled deliveries (including no shows) - 8
Equipment was originally to be delivered 4/8/15, and was rescheduled for 4/14/15 as they stated all items were not ready but would be at the later date.

Missing items:
- Southbend double stack electric oven; single phase; glass doors
** loaner sent that is now on its 5th service call (I believe; including this morning and yesterday) This is in 1 week!
- Bunn coffee station (for airpots) with water line; 1 airpot
** loaner decanter coffee station sent (no water line); 1 of 3 airpots received is defective

Other issues:
- refrigerator not working; 2nd service call this morning
** product lost as a result (milk, cream, etc)
- refrigerated display case sent without shelves; manufacturer is to be shipping to us with items being received by Wed

Other info:
- multiple trips have been made to One Fat Frog (2416 Sand Lake Road; Orlando 32809) which each took over an hour of time; including a trip to pick up items that were supposed to be delivered and ended up being wrong

- multiple phone calls have been made including requests for ****** and **** to contact me back as they were either unavailable or voicemails full; none returned.

- have been dealing with ***** (customer service) and***** (sales).

Items received and so far working:
Under counter refrigerator (used)
Dry display case (used)
Kitchenaid mixer (new)
3 compartment sink (new)
Bakery rack (new)
2 tables (used)
6 chairs (new) - came without screws, but were sent later

This has caused delays in opening the store while rent was still being paid. Wasted time training employees on broken equipment which had to be done. Multiple service calls to techs that are always hours late and unable to only shortly resolve the problem and come back the next day. Issues are still being dealt with and every day money is being lost because we cannot make, and maintain products.

One Fat Frog has yet to give any dates/time frame when these issues will finally be resolved and when the promised equipment will be delivered.

Desired Settlement
Since One Fat Frog is unable to provide what was promised it's unfair that this lease agreement is even in effect. At the very least a full refund should be given for undelivered or broken products.
We've also sustained 5, 000.00 loss in wages: do to having to redo training multiple times based on broken equipment, not having the proper equipment which requires opening earlier and closing later, and dealing with waiting/performing repairs on equipment. Rent: due to not being able to open on time. Product: Due to issues with refrigeration being faulty we lost various food supplies.

We are currently working with client directly. A followup call is scheduled for Monday.

Consumer Response
What's transpired since is One Fat Frog ended up contacting us a week later than said. After going back and forth they are only willing to resolve the oven issue, and that's if we agree to stop complaining about the other issues and take equipment that is either mismatched or sub-par They do not care about the coffee station, the missing airpot, the still broken refrigerated display case that the manufacturer said we could return but they won't allow it, or the dry display case that is broken. We will be opening a legal case against them for non-delivery of contract. It is now 2 whole months past the delivery date.

Final Business Response
We are committed to working with our clients and have worked hard with this client. We have repeatedly tried to work with this client including upgrade to a new oven.

As this client is taking legal action we will have to defer any other professional response to a legal one.
